Raspberry with buckwheat honey :ear_of_rice::honey_pot:
ABV: 6%

Released just in time for good weather this sparkling session mead pairs ripe raspberry juice with notes of chocolate malt and toffee from the buckwheat  honey. Last years raspberry harvest suffered from a heatwave so we’re extremely excited to partake in this years bountiful harvest.

Spiced Apple :apple::pie:
ABV: 6%

A Fall favorite but great anytime of year this spiced apple mead tastes like a homemade apple pie filled with layers of organic cinnamon, ginger and star anise. Arguably the house favorite among staff and customers at Vulpine, no Hierophant line up is complete without it.

Cacao Damiana :chocolate_bar::champagne:
ABV: 12.7%

A fantastic replacement to a glass of sparkling white wine, this off-dry champagne-style mead features the Damiana leaf and house roasted fair trade cacao. Damiana leaf adds a woody aroma while a touch of maple syrup brings out the decadent flavors of the cacao. Perfect for sharing with that special someone :heart:
